i asked for room cleaning and they told me it’s not possible now you have to wait till the next day, knowing that the bathroom was field with water and the water drench was bad

Good locations, clean and comfortable!

I stayed here recently, and everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and the level of cleanliness was truly impressive. The staff’s hospitality and attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for a wonderful and memorable experience.

Very Bad Experience

As a 3 star Hotel it was suppose to provide all utilities like Brush , paste, shaving set , slipper/sandals , moisturizing cream enough bath towels and refilling of coffee and tea bags which was not provided and we have to call all the time to reception for the same. Any hotel in UAE there will be a welcome drink , even in your reception it was empty and none of your staff bothered to refill the same.....

Annoying, no body take your bags, smell not good in the room and in the wat to the room

The room was very clean, with fresh towels, a tidy bathroom, and a neatly made bed. Everything was well organized and made us feel at home. The housekeeping staff were polite, helpful, and respected our privacy and schedule.Special thanks to Ms. Myat at reception she was very helpful, and the check-in was smooth and easy.

Very good location, very good breakfast, the room are small but clean.

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a thorough job, ensuring everything was spotless and fresh. All requested amenities were provided promptly and efficiently. Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations. A special thanks to the reception staff, Ms. Myat, who was very helpful and made the check-in process fast and seamless.

I was upgraded upon arrival, and the apartment was spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable.

Location / outdoor cafe

The room is very small , capacity for one adult not two and if I need any items should be with charge ( like spoon)

It has a sauna and jacuzzi. Also, the breakfast buffet serves delicious food.

The location is far from the city and attractions that cost me more money for transportation.

I stayed four nights in the hotel. They never cleaned the dirty floor in the room!

I like the vibe and the cleanness

I was very dissatisfied with the misleading information provided by the reception staff during my check-in. When I inquired about extending my stay beyond the initial reservation, I was assured that this would not be an issue and could be arranged on the evening of my last day. However, upon attempting to do so, I was unexpectedly presented with a doubled rate.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, everything was clean and it's value for money, the breakfast was very nice with so many options for everyone

The room is a little outdated

Facilities amazing restaurants and shisha. Staff friendly breakfast was great. Parking valet

The beds were “okayish” no staff to pick up luggage so its good if one trolley bag. Not ideal of multiple bags and hanger clothes. But still amazing

Hotel is at good location which is at midpoint of city centre and industrial area. If you are traveling for work, some training and medical check ups, it's perfect location. You will have nice breakfast which has many option. Live counter for omelette as well.Hotel has its own market, restaurants, bar, small swimming pool, small gym, coffee shop.Gym, swimming pool are common with Novotel at the next building which has entry from both side.

Prefer to have bigger swimming pool.
